Located in southern Burgundy, the Pouilly-Fuissé appellation is one of the major benchmarks for white wines from the Mâconnais region. Produced exclusively from the Chardonnay grape variety, these wines are renowned for their elegance, aromatic richness, and beautiful expression of the terroir.
At Domaine Carrette, Pouilly-Fuissé wines come from various plots located mainly in the communes of Vergisson and Solutré-Pouilly. The clay-limestone soils and well-exposed hillsides allow the Chardonnay to develop its full complexity and balance.
