At Domaine Carrette, this cuvée comes from several parcels located primarily in the communes of Vergisson and Solutré-Pouilly, where the clay-limestone soils bring finesse, minerality, and complexity to the wines. This diversity of terroirs allows for the creation of an elegant and balanced Pouilly-Fuissé, true to the identity of the appellation.
